I recently had my stock flywheel resurafced. The whole entire top of the flywheel is flat. There is no more outer ridge where the stock pressure plate rested on, just a completely level suface. Is this the propper procedure for resurfacing an LS1 flywheel? I thought that just the inner contact surface was suposed to be turned?
