how much would it cost to get an ls1 rebuilt?

basically, when i decide to rebuild it i wanna it to be boost friendly. and i dont know what that would take or how much it would cost?

you would have to difine what parts you want it could be 2000 or 16000 depends on what parts.

i dont even know what i would have to change....could i just go stock or would i have to change a lot of stuff?
i definatly want diamond flat heads, but other than that i dont know.

get a nice set of forged rods and pistons that will drop compression to like 7.5-8.5 then have ur stock heads hogged out and put all the goodies in em then go with a fat comp cam

after all of that....how much would a rebuild cost?
would it still be a reliable daily driver and how many lbs of boost could i run from a sc

no clue on price but anything can be reliable when done right. on 7.5 compression you might wanna do a turbo kit since it will be able to handle and will like 20+ psi and 8.5 would be good for a supercharger at about 14psi
