I loved mine and so do all of my friends that have one..

If you like "plush" it may not be the one for you..

It does not need the metal spacer "preload" plate (that was told to me by ES themselves).

Some say that it vibrates too much. Mine never vibrated but whoa! It did stiffen it up and made you FEEL the power. Was pretty kewl and it never failed on me.. Even after 6 trannies.

 

From my other thread about this in the forum:

I just called Summit, and they said that, that mount won't work in 93+ camaros with out shaving some of the mout off to fit. This then weakens the mount, and throws the transmission off. The guy from summit wouldn't sell it to me. He refered me back to the dealer for a new mount.

......Odd.

I just ordered a different mount (a polyurethane one) from BMR.


BMR said this one will do just was well.

Works and fits great, bought mine from summit for my old 96, and my dad had it on his 93, both worked great , order it!!

i put that one on Chris frezza's car 3 years ago too
