i was looking at the specs on the ARE Stage 3 Series Head and Camshaft Package, and i wanted to know if anyone's seen a better package out there? i dont know much about head/cam work, so if you know any articles that i can read on, throw them my way, hehe.

but back to the topic... someone had told me that if i were to go with a package, that this is one of the best i could go with... i dunno if i should believe him cuz he doesn't know crap about LS1's, lol. anyway, if anyone's got some info about this package or any other package that puts out really good numbers, lemme know. im gonna do the head/cam thing at the same time, so i guess getting a package would be cheaper, no? like i said, im fairly new to the world of heads and cams, so im gonna need a little help so i can learn. thanks guys

ooo yeah, btw, in the packages, do i get to choose what kind of cam i want? or is it already pre-determined depending on what kind of package i want? thanks

 

Go MTI or GTP...

I went ARE and it was a HUGE mistake

 

ARE has had some bad press from several people over the years, besides the performance aspect, taking months to get things completed for people, and dodging thier calls.
