Q's about firehawk and WS6
Ok, now i know SLP made the firehawk and another company made the WS6 but what are the differences between the 2? I havent seen a firehawk in person but i see alot of WS6's. If anyone could enlighten me i would appreciate it.
Firehawk came standard with alot of the extra SLP stuff that was available on the SS...like in 2002 the FH came with the 345hp package...and has always come with a 3in exhaust. Not sure if the suspension parts are standard or optional.
WS6 came from GM (well, actually a 3rd party did the hood and some other things I think). The Firehawk comes from SLP.
The Firehawk is a much more limited production than the WS6, so from a collectible standpoint, it's more desirable. However, since I wanted a daily driver, I didn't even consider a Firehawk.

Check the sig if you want to see what one looks like. I have the 2001 10th anniversary Firehawk as you can see by the gold and black theme. It also had the bilstein suspension and the auburn rear. Yes, it is my daily driver but I won't drive it in the snow. It only has 7500 miles on it as of now and I will probably put about 10,000 on it a year. It is car #30 of 139 made. I love it and I didn't pay 25,000 to let in sit in a garage.
