Q's abou the smooth Bellow....

I have been seeing that damn bellow pop up a couple of time. Does it really do anything ir is it a waiste of 35 bucks? Those of you who have it did you notice any power gains with it? Is it show or go?

I got it becaus it looks better. Plus its suppose to add 2-6hp. YeeeHaaawww!

Well, I bought the slp one because at the time TByrnes had a 15% off sale and I liked the look better than stock. I am sure it smooths the air flow but not enough for more than 1-3hp gain unless at high speeds but even then doubted. Hope this helps.

I heard it is nearly useless, but every little bit counts right. If it's on sale, get it. I also heard you can make your own with just some flexible rubber tubing.

SLP has redesigned their smooth bellows. It should be out soon. If you are thinking about it you should wait until the new one comes out. The current on is a PAIN in the butt to install.
