I cannot start the car.
It clicks when I turn the key.
I jumped the car and it's running fine.
I stopped the car and then tried to start the car...it clicks.
I replaced the battery and the same results.

What could be the problem?

cant be starter if his car starts when jumped

 

I called a shop and they said it could be a dying starter.
Right now they said when I can't start my car, the starter is probably in a rough spot and might need to be hit out of it.

I doubt it's the alternator because the car will run when I disconnect the battery.

 

does it sometimes not wanna start even when jumped???
