Question Power door locks - POSSESSED!!!! :o/

OK, for about 8 months now my power door locks have gone insane! These are some really weird symptoms:

Remote will unlock the drivers side door but not the passenger side. Remote will not lock drivers side. The "Lock/Unlock" button inside the car does NOTHING at all (it just makes a click sound in the car). Oh yeah, also when you hit the unlock button on the remote...it locks the passenger side door!!!! Anyone with any thoughts or knowlegde, please help me before I go mad!

My remote access key fob has always unlocked the driver's side first. Then to open the passenger door, press the unlock button a second time. When I press the lock button both doors lock. If I press the lock/unlock button in the car both doors lock or unlock.

For the rest, I don't know it doesn't sound right. I would reprogram your key fob. Try that and see if it clears up the problems.

He's got it! I went in and did a search. Found how to program the key fob in an article call, guess what, "Additional key Fob remotes". Much easier than me typing out the driver's manual.

Hopefully this will resolve the problem.

Well, I just went and tried it, and its still doing the same thing!!! I'm wondering if there is some kind of device in the car that might need to be replaced...the clicking is coming from the passenger side underneath the dash. I looked under there today and there's a ton of wires ect. Thanks for all the help so far though Mister Will!
