please help guys will i get more hp from lid, cai, bellows or ram air induction?

ok if i get a ram air ws6 hood for my 00 trans am would i get more ho with a ram air box induction or would the hp be about the same if i just stick with a slp or whisper lid and slp cold air induction and smooth bellows? now which lid gives best gain, whisper lid or slp? or are they the same? thanks if i get ram air hood will i still get the same ho from my lid and cai as i would with stock hood?

Just an educated guess, but I'd say the cold air induction would be more of a gain. I have the cai on my 00 SS, but w/o the smooth bellows.

first off...ditch the bellows idea...it does NOTHING for hp...and is expensive for a visual mod

second the WS6 ram air is very effective. at slower speeds it's a cai and highway it's a ram air.

you will probably gain more from that than the slp cai. now something like the Super Sucker ram air, that may give similar gaines as the WS6 hood.

if money is no option...the hood and ram air...works great and looks amazing!

budget:
supersucker ram air (link in sig), and a lid

but forget the bellows unless you only want it for visual

Bellows

You can do the same thing as the SLP bellows by going to your local hardware store and getting a rubber (sewage pipe) coupling.

You can either stretch a 3" to 3" on there (may have to cut a little off the coupler) or tighten down a 4" on there (this one bends easier).

Both are around $5 !
