PCMforLess or MadZ28
I'm getting in late on this post, but figured I'd add my $0.02 for anybody who comes across this in the future. I used PCMforless about 3 years ago when I had my LT4 96 T/A. Car was an 355ci LT4 w/ LT's and random tech high flow cats. With the PCMforless tune, the car ran well, however I believe fuel and timing was off due to high engine temps and sulfur smell from exhaust. I shipped the PCM off to Speed, Inc. to retune it after approx. 6 months of driving, and wound up w/ a lot better tune. I'm not bashing PCMforless, in fact, I may try them again when I start modding my '99 T/A, but I was surprised no one mentioned Speed, Inc. Just another option.
theyre both excellent for mail orders. PCMforless sent me a mailorder tune so that I could drive around while i broke my car in before i took it to the dyno. there tune made 508 rwhp and with the dyno tune i made 519. pretty damn close for being 1000 miles away from the car

I just got my pcm back from MADZ and turnaround was real quick and emails were always answered, sometimes a little longer, but he always replied and his answers were very helpful
BTW sorry you haven,t got your 94Z28 anymore, your mods and times were similiar to mine.

I just got my madz28 tune over the weekend. I dont live to far from where he lives, so I just drove my car to him, He was a really nice guy and new a lot about what he was doing. I was really happy with his work. no joke, he is a true bad a$$, really cool guy. does great work, I will go to him after more mods.
