I am going to paint my intake manifold but I was wondering at what temperature could problems arise.

I am going to use the high temp 500 degree stuff plus a clearcoat to bake on. I think the directions said 400 degrees but I think thats too much for the pastic manifold. What would be a safe temperature I could bake it at to compromise since I cant go 400?

I would use no more than a heat lamp and no more than your hand can stand. You could very easily warp the manifold and ruin it.
LS1 intakes run very cool so there's no need to use high temp paint.
