Is it still accepted practice to paint the valley area of a block? If so can someone recommend a good paint to use.

It isn't necessary on an aluminum block LS1 but if you are painting the inside of an engine block, - you should get Glyptal paint. BUT, make sure the engine block is clean and totally free of oil before you attempt to paint the inside of it....http://www.eastwoodco.com/email/defa...RCCODE=O1KW818
