p1416: possible air check valve

Is this the air check valve that everyone talks about replacing for around 15 dollars? Does this have a different name, since all the auto stores I called today did not have it and could not get it? Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, around that much and that's what I called it. Got mine at autozone.

Funny, stores either told me there is no such thing called that or there is no way for them to get one including autozone.

You have to remember that if they were top mechanics, they wouldn't be at AZ. Only thing I can think of is that they think it's related to the A/C system. Make sure they understand it's part of the air injection reaction system.

The GM part number is 12565503 - maybe they can cross reference it.
