p0410 secondary air injection system

p0410 secondary air injection system
i have a 2002 z28. recently it started throwing the p0410 code. the guy who had the car before me put headers and a new exhaust on the car, also taking of the air pump and tuning the car for it. any ideas what else this code could be for.
