I have a 1998 z28 M6 that only has like 20 Psi of oil pressure at idle... as soon as the rpms come up it goes over 40 Psi... Is that normal like a lt1????

just to cover the basics, is the oil level where its supposed to be? when was the last oil change? is it always like that after a change? what weight oil?

The oil was chaned like 250 miles ago, it is at the proper oil level according to the stick... 15w40 Castrol
