I just got back for a long trip in the Z. Knew it was getting close to time to change the oil after the trip. I get to a gas station, fill up with gas, turn the car on and the OIL CHANGE light stays on, for about 3 minutes or so. This was yesterday, well I changed the oil today but the light still comes on and stays for 3 minutes. Do I need to reset my battery or something to make it stop... or what?

 

if i remember correctly, turn key to on but do not turn on car while pressing and holding the trip reset button.. you will lose the mileage that was on it when doing this.. You should look at the oil light it should flash a couple times after 10-12 sec... it has the procedure in the manual.. but I think thats it..
