I have heard people going from manual windows to power, but has anyone gone from power to manual? What would be the weight savings, and would you have to re-allign the glass??

why would you go threw all that trouble, to save 5-10lbs at max, and have to crank your windows down.

i've actually heard something along the same lines.
as far as i know, the mechanisms necessary to have manual windows is hardly lighter if at all than power windows.

you could find much easier ways to shed a few pounds on your f-body....

I wasnt planning on it. I was just wondering what the benefits would be if I got tired of buring out power windows.

Benefits? Well, I guess weight savings is weight savings, but the only real guarantee is that you won't have to worry about a burned out power window motor ever again! (unless, of course, you broke your arm or something?! ).
