Nos

Thinkin of getting NOS but need some suggestions if anyone has a good NOS system. Was thinking of the Dry Shot like 100 or 150. will I need the LS6 intake manifold or do you think the stock LS1 will hold. Also what other mods would be good to go with the system....

I dont know what you mean "will the ls1 intake hold"?
the ls6 intake is a ls1 intake its standard on all 01 and 02 cars. They are made of the same material, neither is stronger.

NOS is a dry system, so im lost on that question. Just get the LS1 NOS kit from say Ramchargers.com

I like the Wet Kits, from NX.. but its all preference sometimes.

get some better plug wires, and some NGK TR6 plugs (they are 1 range colder). Then gap them at .037 - .042. Do not run a platinum plug!

Hmmm, first thing I thought when I saw the "will the intake hold?" was that scene from TF&TF when the laptop says: "DANGER TO MANIFOLD" Hehe, you never know how seriously people take that movie. But yeah, if you wanna do nitrous I'd suggest going with a wet kit, a little easier to deal with unless you're gonna do the air:fuel tuning and whatnot, then you can go dry without going too lean or whatever. But for safety concerns, only go 100 shot DRY, and no more than 150 WET. Oh yeah, like said above, get the colder spark plugs.

I wasn't taking that from TF&TF I just know that for a super charger that the aluminum LS6 intake manifold is supposed to be better....

Thumbs up

I have a TNT wet kit and love it. I also use TR-6s and installed a ProPurge as well. The manifold will be fine, but I am upping to a LS6 intake anyway. Lots of guys do FPSS and window switches, but I've had no problem with just a WOT switch. Good luck!
