Welcome and congrats on the purchase.

Don't worry, the car will be quite a bit faster after a few thousand miles.

vehicle component

Go see your salesperson. The service dept. can run a V.I.S.S. on your vehicle. In the V.I.S.S. screen there are options (VEHICLE COMPONENT) w/descriptions of all the codes. If no help is given e-mail me I'll send it too you.

Congrats on the new car buddy! I'm sure you'll love it!

If you think that your Vette ('94??) felt faster, either you had quite a bit of work done to it, or you're just not opening up the new car yet. I've driven both a '91 Vette and a '96 T/A (both autos) with the LT1 engine, and neither one of them felt, or are as fast as my car with the LS1 --- and especially over 3500RPM - HOLD ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The LS1 screams when it revs up high!

I think that the 02's have power everywhere.. well, compared to my LT1.. My LT1 was damn strong down low.. but the LS1 is no slouch there either and up top, these cars really do fly!

I am going to the track tonight.. Ill let you all know what a bone stock M6 does with 3700 miles on it..
