Last night me and my buddy took our cars out to kennedal Dragway 1/8mile here in texas. I only got one run he got around 8.

What would these times come around to equal in the wquarter mile? Also are these pretty good considering it was my first time their? Also Considering he has a 1998 sts he ran pretty good times the lowest being a 9.5 besting a older lt1 z and a newer gt

 

Im kind of a newbie to drag racing as well.. my frist time drag racing i pulled a 13.769@102.62!!! in the 1/8 mile i ran... 8.963@80.97. that was with a m6, from what i hear we get alot more uptop then u a4's. so im guessing your mid to high 13's which is fairly good for your first time.

Given those 1/8 mi. #'s, I'd say 13.6~13.7 seconds @ 102~103mph.

 

those are awesome times for your first time out there..i hope my'n are that good my first time out there! What gears does your car have?? the 3.23's or the 2.73's??
