What are the best and most agreed upon mods, conservative in nature, that would push 40 -50 more ponies and be done with it. My car is only used for sunny sunday drives> Ok so I'm boaring.

 

Depends. Are your "Sunday drives" of the mellow sort, or are they for you to get your "ya-ya's" for the week then fall back into normalcy 'til next Sunday?

If you want a quiet, mellow Sunday cruiser you'll prabably want to avoid headers, a hi-po exhaust system, etc. Maybe just go for rear gears, some air intake gizmo's and a throttle body upgrade.

If you want to get your "ya-ya's", do the headers, exhaust system (sound levels vary, but performance output is not relative to how loud it is), and the above-mentioned mod's. That should get you 40-50 extra ponies.
