Smile New best N/A

Well, I entered the Fastest Street Cat Shoot-out here in Hawaii.

They prepped the track and other racer were putting down their own VHT.

Well anyway, here it is on stock F-1's

60ft 1.593
1/8 8.017
mph 85.74
1/4 12.622
mph 107.1

I wish all night could be this good.

By the way I made the quick 8, but killed the battery running the SLP fan switch while waiting in line Maybe next time.

Wow, that's a pretty wicked 60 ft time on stock F-1's. Good Job.

Thanks, I was shocked.

The tires spun a little and then just hooked.

1.5 on street tires, modded cars have trobles yankin 1.6's on slicks. So how high did you pull your wheels there.

Wink

Most people that pull the front wheel off the ground have skinnys and front weight reduction, I don't.

I would not believe it my self, but I've pulled 1.9, 1.8, 1.7, and now a high 1.5 60ft on the same stock F-1's

But, no wheels came off the ground

You have stock suspension, front sway bar attached, street tires, a4 with factory stall. BULL**** either your not tellin the whole story or it didnt happen. If you were on slicks, no front sway bar, slicks it still wouldnt happen on the factory stall converter you cant launch hard enough and you have stock gears which arent gonna help get you out any quicker either. You need more horespower, slicks, suspension and a converter to touch that kind of 60'. Good try man, better luck next time. Nick

I gotta agree, a 1.5 60' with stock suspension, stall, gears and F1s just isn't possible. I'm not saying that you're lying, I'm sure your timeslip says 1.5...but it's wrong.

I ask other guys that were down racing with me, one of the guys

own's a performance shop and I ask if it was posible since I

thought the time was a mistake, but he reassured me that it was

posible and the 1/8 time matches.

If I thought it was BS I would not have posted it, I was just

sharing.

If you choose not to believe that's fine but don't call me a liar, I

have the time slip showing it.

Sounds like you have a nice car, but have to admit that I too am a skeptic. Not that your slip says the numbers you posted, but rather that there was something wrong with the timing system. I have been racing for a long time, and no amount of VHT is going to knock a 1/2 second off of what would normally be considered an good 60' for F1's, and I would consider a 2.0 a good 60' for F1's and a stock converter. Just my opinion though
