Need Help, Header Question?

I did a search and could not find a answer to this question: I have a 02 SS
M6 and want to put some Pacesetter LT's on it but, I do not know which ones to order. I quess you can get them with or without Emissions fittings. I am not sure which ones to get. Can anyone help me out and tell me which ones need to go on my car.. Thanks....

Re: Need Help, Header Question?

If you want to stay good and legal. Get the headers w/ the emissions fittings. If you plan on deleting the EGR and AIR, go w/ the offroad kit, No cats, No EGR or AIR provisions. No real power gain by removing the cats. Deleting the AIR and EGR just cleans up the engine compartment.

But, Don't install the cats w/ the AIR deleted, you'll burn up your cats. I bought the LT's w/ EGR and Air, so technicaly everything's legal. W/ the catted y/ kit, you'll have to get a set of o2 extensions.

you need the o2 extensions regardless...stock wiring isn't long enough to reach the LT sensor locations for the front sensors.
