Exclamation Multiple Misfires

My car started misfiring yesterday, so today I took it to Autozone to get them to scan it and it popped up 2 codes.

P300
P1153

One is a multiple misfire code and the other is that one bank has shifted lean.

I would like to know what could cause this. I changed my plugs about 2 months ago, but this just started yesterday. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the board.

Can you provide a little more info for us..... what what year? what model? etc. This will aid in us helping you.

Also If needed we can then move the question to the appropriate "tech" forum. Thanks.

This question is more suited for LS1 Tech. I'll move it there.

Also please take a look at the link in my sig for what types of questions should be posted in Adv Tech. Thanks!
