MTI G1/C1 Cam VS TR 224
MTI G1/C1 Cam VS TR 224
Ok I had a post on here recently and got a LOT of help, thanks to all involved, but I got a couple more questions. I've been looking at the TR-224 on a 112 LSA and was wondering how it would stack against the the MTI C1 cam which is also a 224 duration int/ext. but .581int/ext. on the lift on a 112 LSA. Also Im lookin at the mti G1 which is 228/232 .588/.575 on a 113 LSA, any ideas?

Don't know if you are aware of these other sites.Much more information there. Nothing against this site ,but they blow this one away on ls1 info.Make sure you use the search features there or you will get schooled on it.The tr 224 is a very talked about cam and will find much reading about it.I was also thinking about that one, but decided to go at least with a tsp 228r or f13.Havent decided yet.

Re: MTI G1/C1 Cam VS TR 224
i heard the same thing.
i'm pretty happy with my TSP torquer, i'm sure you've seen the posts.
can't wait to get my new Spec 4 clutch and Fidanza flywheel (1/3 the wieght of stock). and maybe a little more tuning on the a/f.
still have hopes of 400hp to the wheels with stock heads.
