hey i was about to order the mr gasket exhaust cut out from JEGS ($46.99) for my 02 and wanted to know how much i should pay a shop to put it in?

 

get a flowtech 3 inch and then when you get some extra cash buy the electric plate

 

Muffler shops are expensive and at least around here (Orlando) these people are arrogant "we dont install parts that you bought somewhere else..." ... I just bought a welder on Ebay for 180$ .... with flux core wire you don't need shielding gas, the wire is 8$ at Lowe's.... just a thought ....

Depending on the shop, I'd estimate it costing you somewhere between 20 and 40 bucks.

I'd stay away from any franchised stores (Midas etc.), though, and use one of the independent shops around.

Went to a chain store and was quoted "I won't touch it for less than $80"......ended up going to an independant store and paid $35...
