I need to change my motor mounts what is the best procedure, drop the k member and hoist the motor. Or is there a easier way:

 

yeah pretty much anything you can do to put distance between the k-member and the motor will help you out. i would put the car on jackstands and jack the motor up, and if you dont get enough clearance doing that, then resort to dropping the k-member a little.
