First half done in 25 min.. thats the drivers side.

Passenger side was another story.
removed the 2 10mm bolts to loosen the air and get it out of the way.. Didnt see any other physical possibility to do the job.. removed first two easily.. Third was a pain. Royal pain.. Cable broke while trying to pull it off (goes with the occassional miss I was having..).. Plugs all looked ok.. Not great but certainly ok for 95K miles.

Last one was super easy.. Got it from the bottom.
So for me, the second to the last on the passenger side was the pain.. and took the longest... I would guestimate that one alone took me 25-30 min.. th rest were done in about 5-10 min each at the max..

Car now seems to run a tad smoother.. No real power gain as I wasnt looking for one but no miss so far.. so maybe I did put it back together right.. haha

Thats EXACTLY how my experience was letter perfect... The #6 Plug was the hardest for me aswell and like your experience, my cable also broke, and even broke the spark plug underneith the wire causing a HELL of a time trying to get it out... but I found #8 to be super easy from the bottom...

I can totally see how people could break things.. I was gifted to have such strong arms and hands that allow me to make a lot of power in cramped areas.. otherwise, it would of been very difficult..

The task doesnt warrant the crazy charges that shops seem to deem they need for the job but at least I wont have to do it for another 95K miles.

For the length of time, it was worth it.. I have many miles and the car still runs strong with no issues.. I cant complain and really dont see why imports are held in such high regard..

Perhaps many people dont do the minimal tasks of keeping up with their car....
