mods for a 5.3 LS1

hey guys,

just bought a99 serria Z71. i wanna improve the gas milage a bit. wht can i do......

i was thinking

TB bypass
full exhaust, or just a cat back?
CAI?

what do you think

intake and exhuast should help out...

maybe change out the O2 sensors to make sure htey are up to snuff and before doing that...seafoam it

first of all, it's an LM7, not an LS1. go with a cat back as you're not losing much through the cats and unless you put headers on it's not worth messing with anything forward of the cat back. a good c.a.i. system such as AEM, K&N, volant, etc. will work wonders. next biggest improvement there is thermostat with programming. the stock programming is terrible and is quite a noticable upgrade.
