Angry model paint

the moron who had my car b4 me painted the firebird indentation in the back w/ silver model paint!!!!!!! how can i get this off w/o ruining my stock paint. help!!! ( i put this in the apperance forum and did not get many responses so now its here)

You wont have much luck trying to get the paint off the bird. However, to replace the bird emblem on the front runs about 17.00 new. Go to a GM dealer and order a new. Off with the painted bird, on with the real bird. Comes with adhesive on the back.

sorry man. I noticed in you other post you said back of the car. So that one is more in depth, but you need a new center peice try www.fparts.us salvage yard.

I've used lacquer thinner on a rag to get all kinds of stuff off my cars. I'd be surprised if the model enamel didn't come right off with some gentle pressure.
