missfire, then goes away!?

i recently installed a clutch so i have been babying her for the past few weeks (dont use as DD so not many miles a week).
well I let her sit there a few days and when I drove it a few nights ago, i got on it till around 3k for 3 gears. after that it started to stumble a little bit. a few miles later i was home. next day i was driving it and the ses light came on. was missfiring for a few blocks all under 3krpms. seems to get fixed at higher RPMs. and then sometimes it was running perfectly normal (or atleast couldnt feel the loss of power).

any ideas? i tried 2 different readers and apparently my plug isnt working either was working few months ago.

Is it a misfire or a stumble?

start by making sure all ground wires were put back on and in good contact after the clutch was installed.

You need to scan the PCM.

If you cannot communicate with the PCM, you're most likely not getting voltage at the OBD DLC. Check for a blown cigarette lighter fuse, or just get a better self-powered scanner.
