Misfire help!

First of all:
1998 Camaro Z28, A4, MAC's, Yank 3200, Milkman tuning, lid, and ported MAF.
Ok, here is what I found out logging two runs from home to work with Autotap. These were just normal driving with a few 3,000+ RPM shots:

Cylinder mode misfire Index level 1----19,703
Cylinder mode misfire index -----------53
Current misfires------------------------64
Misfire History--------------------------64
Timing---------------------------------- minus 49.5*
Knock retard---------------------------5.6*
TCC mode-----------------------------10
TCC Slip speed-------------------------29rpm
Trans input shaft speed----------------1.3rpm
TCC Duty cycle------------------------58.4%
Trans pressure------------------------10psi
Trans Temp---------------------------140*

OK, obviously something is FUBAR'd on my car due to the misfires. The plugs and wires are almost brand new, I put in the Yank stall about a year ago that I bought used, and the only mods I have are a few bolt-ons and a dyno tune. The misfires are universal across all 8 cylinders, they would go up and down along with the knock retard and change with driving, but the numbers I posted are the average.I could also hear pinging when I would floor it. Anybody have a clue on what I can look for? Also, my tranny will not shift at WOT, do those tranny numbers look right? The tranny shifts fine normal driving. Thanks guys!

PS
I am new to autotap so if you need more numbers then I need some instructions on how to transfer them or whatever!
