pretty easy to install from what i''ve read.
you'll need the intake and the crossover coolant tubes and some plugs...those are available at www.paceparts.com under the "ls1/ls6 parts"
it is a dyno proven ...and proven...and proven 7-10hp depending on mods.
VERY worth while i would say.
oh and you'll have to program off the EGR from the computer...since it doesn't have provisions for that
