LS1 rotors that dont warp under pressure?

Ok... found out my LS1 brakes work much better than my LT1s.. But they still vibrate after braking hard from 135mph.

What is the best rotor in your opinion to resist that vibration after braking hard..?

Probably Baer Eradispeeds, cost mucho $$$ though

I got me some Sure Stop rotors, I've done some hard braking, not that fast, but they haven't warped yet and the don't make any noise when braking like X-drilled and slotted rotors usually do.

Where'd you get those Sure Stop rotors at? Sounds like an autozone brand or somethin.

Autozone rotors here. They've lasted longer than my stock rotors. I've had to get on them hard a couple of times, no problems.

Im not even so sure about the baer rotors..
ws6.com tested those and they crack because of the cross drilling.

My brakes work fine now.. but coming back down from 135 they started shaking after some hard pressure. I can stop just fine from 70 and down.. I guess when the rotor is spinning at twice the speed then thats when the oem rotors cant handle

Instead of spending money on warping rotors...save up a few $$$ and do a C5 brake swap. They're an excelent setup for close to $750. Just my .02

I'd love the C5 set up.. But thats over twice as much as what i paid for my LS1's. I wanted to do the C5 upgrade but i was doing shocks and sway bars + other little stuff at the same time. So i spent around $1500. The Napa Performance pads with the dual pistons work great. But i need a rotor that can handle extreme speeds.

Course, SSpdDmon, if u have an extra set of c5 brakes laying around I'd be happy to test them out and make sure they really are up to par.
