LS1 to LS6 Swap Help with ?

I have a chance to put a 2002 LS6 in my 2002 Z.

What if any are the differences I need to know about for the swap? Reprograming is not a problem either.

I don't believe there are any differences, as far as fitment is concerned. I think the major differences lie in composition & flow.

There are a few posts on the swap on LS1tech.com and LS1.com.....I know a few guys on LS1.com have swapped in one from Phoenix Performance (dealership).

I believe it is a direct swap, with the exception of the oil pan being different (the vette/Y body setup doesn't fit on the F-bod)....and the guy from Phoenix selling them had modified them for the F-body.

You could probably just swap the heads, oh yeah and the pretty red covers that say CORVETTE too. I think the injectors, and everything else are almost identical, other than the oil pan of course.
