When I took my heads off I noticed that my gaskets are all metal. The ones that came with my heads are the material type. With aftermarket heads which would be better? I am thinking that because of the slightly higher compression I should go metal? Opinons please from those that have aftermarket heads....On another note can I re-use the metal ones??

 

if u will use spray i would go with cometics....

also felpro makes some good ones as well....

what brand are the ones u got?

 

The ones that came with the heads are GM stock material ones, my car came with stock GM metal ones.
