LS1 Block Costs?
What is a bare LS1 block worth?
Aluminum LS-1 Engine 5.7L
Iron Block 6.0L

Any other versions that I should be considering?

Do you mean to sell, or are you wanting to buy one? GM Performance Parts.com has an LS-1 Bare block at $1,155. Not sure about the Iron block 6.0, though.

$1100 is ridiculous to pay for an LS1 block. Pace sells the 6.0L block new for around $600. The LS1 block is around that. I've seen used LS1 blocks going for around $300.

I am looking at purchasing a used 5.7L aluminum or 6.0L cast iron block. I don't want to pay $1100 for a new one. I just wanted to know the value of a used one so I don't pay too much.
