Loudmouth I Or II?

Re: Loudmouth I Or II?
then you would want to go with the II. Both i believe are modular, and you can swap the resonator out for a bullet muffler or even a corsa one if you want to make it less raspy.

Re: Loudmouth I Or II?
Loudmouth I and Loudmouth II are modular. That means you can swap the LM I Resonator for the LM II shotgun muffler an vice versa. This is cool for people who get the LMI and decide after a while it is too loud and want something quieter. The LMII is quieter than the LMI, but still just as cheap, which is why it is becoming so popular.

Re: Loudmouth I Or II?
Anyone actually go from LM I to LM II? How did the change effect the 1700 RPM to 2000 PRM drone on the highway?
If you have one of the old LM I NON-modular exhausts, can you buy just LM II resonator and swap it out?

Re: Loudmouth I Or II?
I think the LM I sounds great at IDLE and when it's revved up -- it's the drone that pisses me off. You can't really tell from the LM II sound clips if this has been eliminated. In order to this, it would be necessary to take the recorder on the road for sustained speeds at around 1900 RPM with the windows closed. Anyone done this (or willing to do it)?
Thanks,
Brian
