loudmouth
the loudmouth IS a catback...
just one that doesn't have a muffler. its loud...
i suggest the magnaflow, bit more reasonable to the ear and probably cheaper (ebay for $300 or so), and if you keep your stock cats than it will not have as much rasp as the LM..but just as much pwer gain.

The loudmouth will gain you the most HP of any catback due to the basic lack of a muffler. But the gains over the magnaflow would be minimal so I'd agree with the rest and say of the two magnaflow is the better choice.
Unless you want really loud which a lot of folks do. If your keeping stock manifolds (no headers) and keeping cats then the loudmouth sounds bad a$$ and would be worth considering. But once you ditch the cats it gets way too raspy and the drone will make your ears bleed.
Good luck

If you're not planning on doing headers anytime soon and are set on the loudmouth, get the Loudmouth plus the Y-pipe that SLP sells. It definitely makes the sound much deeper and muscular and eliminates a lot of the rasp. A buddy of mine has Just the LM w/out the y-pipe, and we lined up our cars to hear the difference between just a LM and a LM with the Y-pipe. Everbody there couldn't believe the difference just that pipe alone makes. My car sounded so much more beastly. That pipe also turns the LM into a true cat back system. But be warned....it is LOUD! Its all about your personal perferrences.
