lifter change question?

Can you change your lifters without removing your heads? Are they accessible after removing the valley pan?

since Al and I (mostly Al) changed the lifters on my car; I feel qualified to answer.

Yes, the heads have to come off to change them. After that its easy.

hope this helps.
