leak

I notice a 10 inch round puddle of what appears to be just water about 8 inches inside of the passenger side by the door seam and the Z28 emblam. reason I think it is water is that it evaporates after about a 1/2 hour. it seems to be a milky white water substance and during the summer I thought it was the A/C but that has not been on in over a month. any ideas????
