What is the largest wheel size that I could fit in 2002 Z28 with out modifing the wheel well. I was hoping to fit 315's or 305's.

Depends on what exactly you mean, front rear? On the front 275s are the largest (275-40-17) I just put Nitto DRs on my rear rims, 315-40-17 , but be careful the Nitto srun very narrow , the 315s are more like a 295, but they fit good, look great and work fine.
