BECAREFUL!!!

The L92 Heads DO NOT WORK on LS1's!!! You MUST have a 6.0L OR LARGER to use them! (LQ4 / LQ9 / LS2 / L92 / LS3 ect...) The LS1 bore is slightly too small for the L92 Heads.

The L92 Intake Manifold is ENTIRELY different. It has to be used with Cathedral port heads, L92 Heads for example. You CAN use your LS1 intake on the L92 engine, but you must ALSO use LS1 heads on the L92 engine... So if you use your LS1 intake manifold on the L92, you MUST ALSO use LS1 heads... You can't use the L92 Intake manifold on the LS1 because the heads won't work on the LS1.

not challenging your info, but arent l92 heads essentially the same as ls2 heads? i know those fit on ls1 blocks.

No, L92 heads are NOT LS2 heads, they are designed for a minimum bore of 4"...

You can use the LS3 and L76 intake I believe, but LS1 and LS2 intakes are off limits. Currently there are no aftermarket intakes that are below $900 that support the L92 heads... You would be limited to the LS3 / L76 intakes.

You'll have to get a carburated intake, which is cheaper overall than Fuel Injected intakes, but there's also of sacrifices with a carburated intake if its going to be a Daily Driver at all. If it's a pure track car, it'll be fine.

What is this motor going into? If it's an F-Body, I'm not sure if it will clear the cowl and hood.

Not sure of the hood clearances...but a carbed intake would probably be fine clearance wise.
