i have a 2001 z28 and keep getting a check engine light that for the knock sensor bank 2. i have heard all you have to do is remove it and clean it out but i cannot find it. does anybody know where it is located??? thanks

 

Welcome to the board. The LS1 has two knock sensors, unfortunately they're both located under the intake manifold. Sensor 1 is the one closest to the radiator, sensor 2 is the one closest to the firewall. Visit gearchatter.com and look up P0332 for your year for diagnostic info. If I had to remove the intake I'd just replace both sensors.
