With the advice of 94CamaroZ28 and saying that it is most likely something simple, such as the fuel filter, or an injector being clugged, since a 2001 with only 18k miles must've been sitting in the garage for years.

My problem was i heard a knock in 1st and 2nd gear at high rpms, i thought it was the clutch but it turned out to be an engine knock.

I bought some seafoam, put a full bottle in my 1/2 tank of gas, so it would be more potent. I ran my car very hard for about 30 minutes straight on the road, and then i start listening... Knock = gone. Just a heads up for anyone else that has this problem.

Before i changed my oil and start putting mobile 1 synthetic in it, im going to do a seafoam to the crankcase.

I'm still going to replace my fuel filter just for good measures.
