Just installed Z06 cam in my 02 SS!

I just had JJ at LS1Solutions in Tx install my Z06 cam which he supplied the cam, springs, gaskets and labor for $550!! I dynoed the day before with the mods listed below and had 355 RWHP and dynoed it again today after the cam install and gained 30 RWHP!! So I am now sitting with a few bolt ons, not even headers and now have 385 RWHP!!

If anyone needs his contact info, he is on LS1.com as a regional sponser as LS1Solutions.

Thanks,
Jason

Awesome results! How did the overall curve look? Typically the curve looks the same up until about 4500 rpm or so.

Great results,
Mine is on the way. I'm gonna redyno once it's intalled with no other mods to get stock+cam only #s.

After I get my headers in a couple months, this is what I'm looking at next.

The best thing about is 99% of people won't even be able to tell it's a different cam.

Just curious, and I'm not doubting you...but 350 rwhp with just a lid and exhaust. That's insane.

Not just Lid and exhaust, I also had a ASP Pulley, Ported TB, Ported MAF, gutted cats, Hypertech Programmer, TB Bypass.

I was wondering if you all are doing any tuning or if you are just installing the cam and springs only?

No tuning yet, they are telling me to get LS1Edit and that if I do I should pick up an additional 12-18 RWHP!

As for warranty work, I did the Z06 cam because you really can't tell it has a cam in the car unless you get on it! It also has a stock smooth idle.

That's exactly what I'm looking for, could you ask him if he can fly down to Hawaii for an install

Intresting dyno graph. ZO6 cam actually lost torque and HP below 4000rpms or so. decent peak HP though and great install price. better be good off the line or have enough room for a top end charge. I'd like to see the LPE GT2-3 cam's dyno graph.
