Talking Just got back from the track, tell me what you think!

Went to the track tonight and think I did quite well, I ran 13.3 - 13. 45 all night with a best time of :
60ft---1.999
5.634---330ft
8.053---594ft
8.593---1/8et
83.44---1/8 mph
11.092---1000ft
13.213---1/4 et
105.37---1/4 mph

Well that was my best time with the mods in my sig and thats it, my tires are 245 pirellis (not sure exactly what type) on 17x8.5 c5 rims.
Any input or suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks!!

Thumbs up

Looks good.

Even the 60-footer is under 2 seconds. You seems to be getting good traction off the line. How was the 60ft. in other runs?

I need to get my lazy *** moving and getting my car to a track soon, too...

Great 60' time! My best so far is 13.46 before I got my headers and Thermo installed. Haven't ran since then. I have not been able to break 2.0 yet on the 60'. Great run!

13.2 is a delightful number when you can say that you run that in the quarter mile. did you spin much off the line much? that was my biggest problem, i think i might have gotten 13 flat if i didnt spin at all off the line.

Well my other 60 ft times 2.1 and 2.2's, I was just easing(if thats a word) off the clutch coming off the line but still spun a bit every time even the 1.99 time, I also spun or chirped the tires in second each time. So I bet I could of got maybe a tenth or two better with a bit better gription. I am going to be polishing my stock 16 rims and putting some drag radials on for track use only!

Just noticed your from Hobart, what track did you go too? I may try and get the SS out if I buy it from my sister. Id like to get an exhaust and cold air before I do that though.

Getting a baseline is probably a damn good idea, but I want to own the car before I go race or anything like that. Then if it breaks its my fault. I guess it be nice to know what I run, maybe I have one of those ellusive sub 13 sec stock Camaros!?

Shoot me an e-mail reminder and enclose the specs of your run.

I'll plug it into a friend's program and get you an estimated HP rating.

Oh ... I also need your race weight.
