I totalled a 94 Z in the sig. I am just learning how to drive the M6 now. I have not really got on it but it seems that my old Z has more low end power. How fast are these ls1's? It has 74,000 miles but looks brand new down to the engine. I also got it from a respectable dealer.

 

Yes, the LT1's make more low-end torque then LS1's. Don't fret though, the LS1 easily makes it up once it gets going Slam it down a gear at 70mph and you'll feel it, it'll throw you back.
