install cat back on a 99 ss
You proably have to drop part of the rear axle, because i think that borla uses a one peice intermediate pipe to increase flow, that wont clear the right rear axle. You should be able to call or email borla and obtain instructions.
it seams to already all be in place, it came off another camaro... his is a 99 ss i believe... what all do we cut off on his stock system, he's doen an of road y pipe to i believe.. not sure what hes doen on the cats.. keeping them on? thanks, Shane
think mine came in about 6 pieces. Muffler, left tip and pipe, right tip with plates, y from right pipe and muffler, piece over axle, 3-4 pieces for the i pipe. had it put in for 60 bucks, i was busy at the time. Funny thing is that the muffler shop put a hole in my gas tank via cutting torch. so be careful, the tank is plastic.
