I'm cheap...how's the exhaust?
OK I'm low on money so I'm trying to get a good sounding car for cheap...
My cutout should be here tomorrow or Tuesday, that's going right after the cat. Then I'm thinking of throwing in a used dynomouth (I think) muffler....is it worth it (soundwise/HPwise/$wise) to get the muffler, or should I not bother?

Just replacing the muffler will pretty much only affect the sound. No performance gains.
I like my setup where I have a cutout and a Flowmaster muffler in the back. Paid 35 bucks (I think...) for the cutout (new) and 25 bucks for the used muffler.
A whole lot better sounding than stock when the cutout is capped and when the cutout is uncapped... Well..., you know...

Im running LongTubes through to an Off Road Pipe directly to a cutout. Stock catback. With the cutout open it screams at WOT, but is still to quiet for my taste at idle. With the cutout capped my exhaust sounds bone stock. But it sure doesnt smell like it. No cats =
